Winter will come...

One day Mark told me he is looking forward to taking Aubrie on his walks in the morning. He walks Hattie every morning and he thought he could strap Aubrie on him for his walks. He wants to be able to show her all the nature that we have here. My first thought was "Oh No, she will freeze."

Aubrie will be born in Hawaii and then she and Amanda will come to live in NH for 3 months while Gil is deployed to Afghanistan. They will be here from Nov 2010 to  Feb 2011. The poor baby will freeze. It can get so cold here, even in the house. We will have to keep the wood stove going at all times and she will probably still have to wear the little snowsuit I made for her while she is in the house. But, now she will be toasty warm for her walks with her Grandpa.
